Sr. Support Engineer - API, Escalation, Networking, Scripting - Unbelievable Profitable Start-up!!!

Based in beautiful Palo Alto, CA, we are one of the country's fastest growing API product and technology companies. Due to massive growth, we are currently looking to hire only the best Sr. Support Engineer could almost consider self a developer looking for a support role. The ideal candidate must have experience with any 3 or all of the following: Programming, Scripting, Mid-Tier Application Administration, Database (MySQL, NoSQL, Postgres), Networking, Systems Administration. Strong experience with Virtualization, Cloud, SaaS, Puppet, Security, IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR, Routing protocols etc. would be a huge asset. Experience with (Any additional Strong Pluses) would be helpful.

Must Have Skills:

1.) 3+ years' hands on experience as a Support Engineer

2.) Any 3 or all of the following: Programming, Scripting, Mid-Tier Application Administration, Database (MySQL, NoSQL, Postgres), Networking, Systems Administration

Nice To Have Skills:

1.) Database (MySQL, NoSQL, Postgres), Networking, Systems Administration. Strong experience with Virtualization, Cloud, SaaS, Puppet, Security, IPsec, VPN, Load Balancing, Iperf, MTR, Routing protocols etc.
