In this role you will be both project leader and individual contributor for systems engineering activities and responsibilities in a geographically distributed engineering organization. You will participate in proposal development and management, business development, project engineering, systems engineering and leadership of other engineering resources. You will function as part of a core team of experienced individuals is supports our government satellite communications markets. You are an energetic and productive individuals that has the flexibility required to perform a large variety of roles to achieve our vision of strong and balanced growth.
Experience/Skills Required
Requirements:
• 10+ years experience in communications systems design
• MSEE degree specializing in communications theory and DSP
• Experience leading a technical development team
• US citizen
• Able to travel up to 25%
Preferences:
• 5+ years recent experience in satellite communications systems development
• Working knowledge of Gov't/DoD program acquisition environment
• Able to be submitted for a security clearance
• Ph.D. degree in Communications theory
• Able to develop and manage schedules and cost estimates
• Familiarity with earned value management
