As a Talent Sourcer you'll take the lead as you... - Focus on pro-active identification and outreach of top-talent in frequently filled and hard-to-fill niche areas. - Build strong internal and external networks to drive engaged talent pipelines. - Utilize and develop innovative, strategic and "world class" sourcing/sales techniques to continually identify and attract top-talent. - Serves as a subject matter expert on external market intelligence (labor pool, competitors, etc). - Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to employ the most effective sourcing strategies. - Collaborate with internal business partners to establish a "recruitment culture" amongst the team member population.
