-- Sr. Tax Manager- Ad Valorem Tax Description PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - File annual renditions to meet the compliance requirements. - Negotiate valuations with the appropriate taxing officials. - Meet with county appraisers at field sites as necessary to make sure only the appropriate assets are taxed. - Review and process notices of appraised value and file appeals as necessary. - Process tax payments in the Chesapeake Ad Valorem Tracking System. - Participate in special projects as necessary.
