TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide customer service in assisting our contractor, installer and integrator customers by selling ADI ??s broad product selection. Build long term customer relationships. Provide price quotations, suggest products to meet customer requirements for their projects, and insure their orders are properly placed. Follow up on customer inquiries. Generates sales by cold/warm-calling current/prospective customers, educating them about product lines and providing advice. Learn product features and associated customer benefits for major product categories and be conversant on application of those products in residential and commercial applications. Participates in industry events by attending trade shows/association programs and obtaining/providing product training. Complies with branch operational requirements by ensuring properly completed customer invoicing, handling order processing, assist in maintaining branch appearance and inventory, must be able to lift or move up to 70 lbs with assistance, and other operational responsibilities as needed. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum High School Education or GED. * Minimum 12 months Customer Service or Inside Sales experience required. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong verbal, organization, multi-tasking and basic math skills required. PC literacy and a team mentality also required. * Demonstrated experience in proactive selling skills * Excellent customer service skills and team player attitude *Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
