Manages multiple complex programs that support the development and release to manufacturing of new board-level Graphics products. Manages multiple internal cross-functional relationships, often across geographies. Provides leadership, guidance, direction and focus to drive internal cross-functional teams to manage plans/schedules.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As a member of the Systems Engineering Department, independently creates and updates plans that define the structure and objectives for assigned projects. Ensures consistency with overall program/project goals.
- Identifies key milestones, assesses resources needed, and ensures resource commitments are obtained.
- Manages task assignments to ensure that project goals are met.
- Resolves issues/disconnects within teams. Escalates to management as required.
- Assesses risks and develops/executes risk management plans.
- Provides senior management with timely Project Status reports, schedule updates, risks / issues and general Project information.
- Facilitates post-mortems on program activities.
- Leads major changes/re-designs/ "paradigm shifts" of processes, systems, or programs that impact entire organizations or departments relating to New Product introduction (NPI).
- Initiatives or programs led are very strategic, and have a broad impact to the business. The sphere of influence is significant, especially up the management/organization chain.
- Creates completely new models (not just improving existing models, processes, or systems) as necessary.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BSEE degree or equivalent
- Minimum five years' experience in board level design;
- Minimum three previous project/program management experience, preferably within an engineering or operations environment.
- Excellent working knowledge of Design, EMI, HW/SW testing, and issues surrounding the development of Board level products.
- Proven track record of managing the release of quality projects into manufacturing.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Project, and MS Excel.
- Capability to quickly learn, understand, communicate and integrate technical concepts and issues.
- Very strong leadership, facilitation, and program management skills are required to be successful in this role.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills, organizational capabilities, and collaborative interpersonal skills.
