JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: This team member will be responsible for facility maintenance services and operations for a new LEED certified facility including electrical and HVAC Building Automated Systems maintenance. Ensures maximum efficient operations of facilities and equipment, through the direction of a technical support staff and contractors. Also ensures that all systems including utility infrastructure are fully operational and inspected in accordance with accepted standards and practices, including preventive maintenance schedules. Develops and implements preventive maintenance and repair programs and procedures for structural, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems for the company facilities. Serves as lead team member responsible for preventive/predictive electrical infrastructure maintenance and repair. Serves as lead team member responsible for plumbing, refrigeration and mechanical systems as they relate to facility maintenance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: A minimum of 5-10 years work related experience in large (200K sq. ft. and above ) commercial facilities. Must have experience and skills in carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical maintenance, plumbing, HVAC maintenance and operations, janitorial and/or grounds maintenance. Licenses/Designations: Industry trade certifications for HVAC related maintenance, TDLR registration, and electrical licensing/permit required by City of San Antonio.
