Sr Underwriter'Quality Analyst II
? Establish and maintain a formalized QA process to include review of new cases, reinstatements and change requests. ? Ensure consistency with underwriting decisions and processes through regular, formalized audits. ? Conduct ongoing audits to determine underwriter effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, documentation, risk selection and communication. ? Review cases to verify legal compliance. ? Recommend to management areas of focus for training and assist in creating and delivering training modules. ? Conduct monthly Reinsurance audit. ? Daily audit of GIO cases ? Audit replacements and reissues for appropriateness. ? Assist with updates and training for current underwriting procedures to include manual updates. ?
