Job Description:

Sr Web Software Engineer needed for a marketing industry leader with Javascript, CSS3, JSON, TDD/BDD

Located in Southern California, we are a world leader in software development for product branding, marketing, social networking, and eCommerce.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior web focused Software Engineer (SWE) to build interactive HMTL5/CSS3/JavaScript/RESTful services based applications within our burgeoning, industry leading platform. You will build functional code that ships to users using TDD and/or BDD.

This is an exciting company with exciting technical challenges that will expand your skills and expertise.

If you have these skills, we would like to speak with you:

- Experienced in design documentation, design data structures and overall architecture
- Experienced in writing code including test driven design, unit tests and participation in the construction of small, medium and large tests.

Technical expertise you MUST have to be considered:
- Object Oriented Programming in JavaScript
- HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML
- Backbone.js OR JavaScriptMVC
-TDD/BDD – Test Driven Development/Behavior Driven Development using QUnit, FuncUnit and/or Jasmine
- Experienced in TDD/BDD web and mobile web application UX (HTML5/CSS3/Javascript) features
- Development of RESTful services API ( built in C# or PHP or Node.js) hosted on AWS (the Amazon cloud)

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Expert understanding of web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, XML)
B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent formal education
1+ years’ experience developing HTML5/CSS3 web application
3+ years’ experience developing HTML/CSS/JavaScript web application
5+ years’ experience in software/web development
Any experience with developing with mobile web frameworks (jQuery Mobile/jQTouch/Sencha Touch/Cappuchino) a big plus
