Should have solid fundamentals in Core Java Object Oriented concepts Good domain understanding and industry certifications in one or more of the functional areas Experience in Pega Frameworks ndash; CPM, NBB, SmartDispute, Smart Investigate etc Good command on Web technologies including knowledge on Servlets, JSP, and XML. Should have hands on experience in developing web applications. Pega v5.x or above certification. Candidates with CSSA certification would be given preference Hands-on experience in developing various PRPC activities, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules, reports, and correspondence templates Implementation knowledge of Java/J2EE
