For one of my Business partners located in the Brussels region, i am looking for a Sr/Lead technologist.
This organization provides central laboratory services, including biomarker measurement services, to investigator sites in virtually every country of the world. Global standard operating procedures (SOPs) and weekly cross-validation of central laboratory results among facilities ensure consistency and provide global combinable data throughout each study. Duties and Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the day to day operations of the laboratory unit.
*Organises daily work activities within the laboratory unit to ensure efficient and effective scientific and administrative operations
*Trains Medical Technologists and Laboratory Assistants in the unit and assesses performance.
*Oversees and reviews daily area Quality Control and maintaining the QC database.
*Sets up and validates new assays as assigned.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a science related discipline required and/or
*MT(ASCP) certification or equivalent certification
*Experience as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory
*Or an equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

* Monthly Gross Salary within € 2500 and € 3100 depending on your experience
