SRM Client Infrastructure

Our Client, a leading Global Investment Bank, is looking to add an Account Manager to its Client Infrastructure, Senior Relationship Management Group,
The role of the group is to drive risk adjusted securities revenues with strategic clients by managing front to back negotiations (new and existing business) and delivering scaled business solutions whilst optimising internal resources (Legal, Risk, Operations Treasury). Your role will involve driving business solutions on infrastructure issues, for top Investment Bank Clients, you will need to be able to build strong relationships with other internal partners and work collaboratively to develop, design and execute best in class solutions to enhance key clients experience from the on boarding and throughout the customer life cycle. You will also ensure Sales is kept informed on recurring client themes and corresponding firm policy, regulatory and commercial implications.
We are looking for exceptional candidates, who can communicate, negotiate and who have a strong understanding of OTC and prime services products. Ideal candidates will come from a change management or regulatory risk background and have experience in client facilitation, client enablement or transition's
