SSAP / SIPP Client Services Manager

My clients are currently looking to recruit an experienced Client Service Manager, to be primarily responsible for managing a personal portfolio of SSAS/SIPP Clients.

The successful applicant will be expected to have thorough knowledge of both the administrative and technical aspects SSAS and SIPPs. Expert knowledge of the Delta SSAS and SIPPPro systems would be advantageous.

Key duties of the role will include:

· Collecting and recording all client contributions, settling and recording all investment holdings, managing property investments / rents / mortgage etc
· Calculating and paying all benefits to client and submit returns and reports to HMRC
· Managing client cash and banking records and collect fees in accordance with customer agreements
· Proactively managing internal and external customer queries and enquiries
· Continually considering and executing the FSA’s principle of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ (TCF)
· To continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology

Applicants will need to have a good working knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act, Money Laundering Deterrence Regulations and Group procedures, in particular Staff Dealing Procedures.
