Microsoft Data Warehouse Developer

Skills Required - Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, ETL, Microsoft BI platform, SharePoint, BIDS, Microsoft TFS development environment

Responsibilities:
- Design and monitor construction of an enterprise Data warehouse
- Design and monitor construction of user-facing presentation tools (SSRS reports)
- Design and monitor construction of ETL processes
- Define best practices and standards for the data modeling process

Requirements of the Position:
- Strong experience designing relational and multi-dimensional models
- Knowledge of administration of SQL Server for transactional and analysis systems
- Significant experience will production support of a highly available data warehouse
- 5 years experience with architectural design of large-scale, highly reliable, and highly available database solutions, utilizing SQL Server
- 4 years experience developing and leading solution implementations with SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS, as well as other suitable third-party products
- 7 years advanced experience using SQL Server, including data modeling, TSQL and Stored Procedures.
- 6 years experience within the Microsoft development environment including experience with either C# or VB.NET – this includes experience with a source management product such as TFS.
- Production experience with SQL Server RDBMS supporting 500 business users.
- Product development experience desirable.
- Experience working within an iterative development process desirable.
