Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager – SPDRs US Web, this position will be responsible for the management of product information (text and data) for the US SPDR ETF website fund detail pages and fact sheets in the US and EMEA. The Web Marketing Specialist will be required to focus on both strategic and tactical scope. The role includes, but may not be limited to:
- Become expert for assigned funds on websites and fact sheets in US and EMEA. Understand global site differences, web page/fact sheet templates, data constraints, text nuances – etc.
- Manage fund launches and enhancements on websites and fact sheets on US and global websites by working with internal and external partners including data providers, legal, compliance, and other marketing team members
- Work with data providers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Use logic and analysis to solve problems; look beyond the obvious to seek additional solutions; draw on experience to foresee issues before they arise
- Provide quality assurance testing support and leadership for key projects
- Build strong working relationships and collaborate with internal groups and external partners to be successful
- Manage daily website administration
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial services, experience with exchange traded funds a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong, proven project management skills, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work on and manage multiple projects at any given time
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively with several internal and external stakeholders (Content, Sales, external vendors and partners)
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn different applications
