The role resides in the Global Funds Management / North America Team that is focused on the oversight and governance of SSgA's non-registered U.S. commingled funds.  The Team works closely with Product Development, ICG, Legal and Investment Operations.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, launching new products, managing strategy and fund information in SSgA disclosure documents, factsheets, Product Central and internal websites, conducting viability analysis of existing products and recommending and implementing fund rationalization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of:
    • New Product Launches and Restructuring
    • Manage new product requests and analysis
    • Oversee and coordinate implementation of fund launches / restructuring
      • Work with cross-functional teams to assess impacts, scope out implementation plan
      • Manage governance requirements
      • Manage / coordinate client / record keeper communications
    • Product Terminations
      • Develop termination plan and timeline
      • Manage governance requirements
      • Manage / coordinate client / record keeper communications
  2. Conduct product viability and analysis to develop recommendations to maintain, consolidate or terminate
