Works on complex Request for Proposals (RFPs) for institutional clients and prospects involving multiple products or asset classes. Partners with many constituents, including but not limited to Product Engineering, Sales, Relationship Management, Consultant Relations, Legal and Compliance to complete RFPs. 

Takes initiative and ownership of RFP process, including crafting new standard responses. 

Responsible for quarterly and ad-hoc reporting for assigned asset class and collaborates with Product Engineers to review and edit content.  Serves as an internal resource to business units and global offices across the firm for assigned asset class.  Seeks to add value by working on special projects for Business Development Consultant Team. 

Additional responsibilities may include: new hire training and mentoring, serving as quarter-end coordinator and back-up to the manager in absence.

Fulfills leadership role within group and adds maximum value to sales and consultant efforts.

Serves as a formal leader within the RFP Group and takes on additional responsibilities.

Three to six years of experience (financial services industry preferred).  Bachelor's degree required and working towards MBA, CFA or other Master's preferred.  The ideal candidate is a team player who has a sincere interest in investments/markets and has strong communication, project management and analytical skills
