Report Developer with Microsoft Stack (SSMS – SSRS…) experience will be a part of the Business Intelligence Development team with focus on SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) design, development and support. Qualified candidate will be responsible for extensive SQL code development (SQL Scripts, Stored Procedures, Views, etc.) along with heavy reporting development SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).
Responsibilities:
· Develop efficient and visually rich reports using Microsoft Reporting Services platform (SSRS), MS Excel, Pivot tables and other intuitive graphical add-ons
· Develop SQL code (Stored Procedures) for data implementation in reports
· Develop accurate, efficient and scalable SSRS Reports
· System Data validation – Report logic validation – SQL code efficiency validation
· Conduct Root Cause Analysis and troubleshoot data issues with in Reports
· Provide ongoing maintenance and support of assigned Reports (at times during off hours)
Requirements:
· At least 3 years of SSRS / Report Development using Microsoft Stack
· Highly skilled with SQL programming with TSQL with working knowledge of Oracle PLSQL
· Advanced skills in MS Excel
· Experience with MS SharePoint
· Working knowledge of .NET programming (C# and or VB.NET)
· Strong analytical, technical and problem solving skills
· Willingness to provide production support off hours and or on weekends
· Team player with ability to work independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Retail experience is a plus
· BS degree in Computer Science and or related field
