This is an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant with 5+ years of property management accounting experience. The Staff Accountant will prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, general ledger reconciliation and preparation of financial statements. This assignment reports to the controller and will support upper management. Ideal candidates should have 5+ years of experience as an Accountant with experience working in a fast paced environment and be able to meet quick deadlines. Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required and a CPA is preferred. Strong Excel experience and attention to detail is also necessary.
