We currently have a position open for a Stable Value Associate in Westwood, MA.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Stable Value Associate will be primarily responsible for providing top quality service for existing stable value clients, in addition to assisting the stable value product team in the development of products and materials for the purpose of supporting stable value sales. As a member of the stable value team, timeliness and attention to detail will be of paramount importance for this role.
This qualified individual will work hand in hand with stable value product team, the stable value sales team, as well as the RPS Practice team to deliver periodic updates, RFPs, RFIs, as well as ad-hoc requests that we receive from the Plan Sponsor and Adviser community. This fast paced position will allow the appropriate candidate the ability to become intricately involved in the service and sales process, and will prove as rewarding as challenging.
Secondarily, the stable value associate will act as an in-house representative of the stable value product team during those periods when key members of the team are traveling or cannot be reached. These responsibilities will include answering baseline stable value related questions, largely generated from sales and relationship management teams, while coordinating more involved questions with senior members of the stable value product team.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual who has a minimum of 2+ years working with retirement plans, and is passionate about helping them to find better solutions for all capital market environments. Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. Bachelor’s degree is required.
