Responsibilities
This position entails G/L and Bank account Reconciliations, State and Business License filing, Internet tax filings, month end journal entries, research and resolve state corporate tax filing notices. Account Analysis, monthly closing and job costing.
Qualifications
Position requirements include a BS in Accounting and 4 years of experience working in an Accounting office setting is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail organization and follow up skills, and computer skills are also required. Proficiency with MS Excel and Word is highly desired.
