Staff Accountant with SAP experience recruitment
The Staff Accountant will work closely with various departments to achieve accounting goals. The Staff Accountant will also be responsible for variance analysis, forecasting and budgeting for various divisions within North America.
Additional responsibilities may include:
• Month End Closing
• Forecasting and Budgeting
• Financial Analysis
• Bank Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets
• Sales Tax Preparation
• General Corporate Tax Assistance
• Treasury tasks
• Supporting Month End Schedules
• Ad hoc projects
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of accounting experience in a mid-sized company (software or financial services experience a plus), maintain a high degree of confidentiality and possess strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written skills are also required.
BS degree in Accounting is desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
SAP accounting systems strongly desired. Portuguese language, verbal and written a plus.
