for providing a full range of HR solutions that support the specific business
needs of each assigned client / functional group. The successful
candidate will partner with executive business leaders on talent acquisition
and development, training, organizational development, employee relations,
leadership coaching and compensation matters. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively assess and diagnose
organizational issues in partnership with Management. Provides
recommendations and implements solutions to attract, motivate, develop and
retain employees. - Voice of the customer to Seagate's HR
Product Centers of Staffing, Leadership and Learning, Benefits, and
Compensation. As such, the successful applicant must be able to understand
the business needs, articulate these business needs to partnering HR
functions and apply HR expertise to develop solutions for an employee
population that is broadly dispersed. - Positively influence decisions to improve
business results by acting as the voice of the employee base at the
executive staff table and with individual senior managers. - Ensuring the successful completion of
global HR Programs, understanding the business climate, and representing
business needs to the HR Product Centers. - Leads the change management strategy as it
relates to people strategies and business practices/priorities - Delivers everyday individual coaching for
executives at the top leadership levels of the organization - Demonstrate a proven expertise in
collaboration across all HR functions and organizational and geographical
boundaries. Additionally, an ability to increase the competencies of
individuals and the organization must be demonstrated.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors
degree.
·
8 years of generalist HR
experience (employee relations, staffing, compensation, leadership/management
development and organizational development.
·
4 or more years as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple
functional organizations..
·
Experience working in a matrixed environment.
·
Business acumen.
·
Experience influencing decision making
process.
·
Experience with conflict resolution.
·
Leadership skills to include mentoring, facilitation and coaching.
·
Analytical and problem solving skills
·
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and
credibility, act with complete integrity
·
Project management, program management
