We currently have an exciting opportunity for a 40 hour per week Staff Educator at the corporate office in San Jose.
The Staff Educators primary responsibility is to ensure the constant delivery of patient care through staff education training. They will work with the Director of Education, Regional Directors of Operation and Clinical Managers to organize and facilitate the training and competency programs utilized within the Clinical Department. This will include but not limited to development and administration of training programs, checklist, and staff competency exams. Requires professional knowledge of a wide range of nursing concepts in order to serve as a consultant to the IDT to attain and maintain optimum quality and appropriateness of care in accordance with standards of practice and performance.
