Work in NYC office w/Support team, will assist cust. internal employees to resolve prdct issues, validation of deployment dsgns act as high lvl post sales techn. resource. Reqs MS in CS, CE, Info. Systs, EE, or rel. fld, 2 yrs (or BS in req fld 5 yrs) of ntwrk engin. exp. in a ntwrk capacity. Acad. training or exp. must incl.: 2 yrs prob. analysis rapid resolution rel. to UNIX/Linux/MS pltfrms; 2 yrs working extensively w/ prtcls incl. HTTP, SMTP, RSTP streaming media; 1 yr. diagn. packet traces; WAN knowledge to understand the routing mechanisms affecting packet flow in a ntwrk.
