The Position:
- Assists in the preparation of the consolidated domestic and international financial planning process and related analytical reports
- Prepares monthly client actual and plan income reporting
- Maintains standard reporting layouts and queries from core financial systems
- Maintains and updates the Cognos Budget tool
- Prepares, distributes, and consolidates the monthly reporting package and related budget data
- Assists in the preparation of the financial reports needed for the monthly executive meeting
- Assists with testing for financial system upgrades
- Other duties as assigned by the Controller and/or Reporting Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or related field and one to three years' related experience
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of and the ability to use PeopleSoft (nVision), Hyperion, Cognos, Time Billing system, Microsoft Office software (including Advanced Excel)
- ERP reporting experience a plus but not necessary
