Sigmatech, one of the nations fastest growing defense contractors, has the following opportunity available at Fort Bragg, NC: Staff Integrator (Movement and Maneuver). The Staff Integrator executes the Mission Command System Integration Training Support Package (TSP) in accordance with approved TRADOC standards for Army units, Battalion through Army level. Develop tailored System of System integration pacakges and coordinate schedules to demonstrate the full spectrum of Command Post capabilities when integrated with Enablers, Mission Command Systems and Network Equipment. Emphasis will be directed toward the Movement and Maneuver Warfighting Fighting Function and the appropriate Mission Command system, Tactical Mission Command (TMC) Client (CPOF). Support the review of current TSP documentation and provide feedback to TRADOC and PdM Command Post Systems and Integration (CPSI) on the suitability and adequacy of materials. Represent PEOC3T and/or the CPSI as required in reviewing/testing new technologies for implementation into the current TSP, and particpate in assessing emerging CP technologies. Coordinate across mulitple Major Commands (MACOMS) and Program Executives Offices (PEOs) to ensure schedule is synchronized in support of ARFORGEN. Maintains Doctrinal proficiency, provides briefings, presentations and demonstrations to Army leaders from Battalion through Army level on capabilities and benefits of the integrated Mission Command System.
Experience and Skills:
Requirements
-Minimum 20 years experience in DoD/Army environment with at least 10 years experience working with US Army Command Post equipment
-Must understand current doctrine (Unified Land Operations – Decisive Action) and procedures required to employ and execute Command Post operations in terms of the War Fighting Functions (WFFs; FIRES, INTELLIGENCE, MOVEMENT AND MANEUVER, PROTECTION, ETC)
-Attended and passed the Armys Instructor Certification program or an equivalent course
-Experience as a Small Group/Seminar Instructor or Combat Training Center Observer Controller/Trainer
-Capable of briefing Senior Army Leaders and possess/demonstrate experience coordinating with Major Army Commands (TRADOC, FORSCOM, etc)
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include MS SharePoint
-Experience with use of tactical Information Systems (formerly Army Battle Command Systems) or DoD Netcentric Warfare programs
-Recent deployment experience (within last 5 years) to OEF/OIF
-Bachelor's degree is required but will consider relevant work experience
