Position Summary Samsclub.com will utilize Sterling OMS for inventory management, sourcing, order creating and fulfillment. Application will use his/her knowledge of out of the box capabilities along with customizations to develop solutions to support Sam's business needs. Develop Proof of Concepts for new flows and agents within sterling product Develop configuration and database extensions to integrate with the rest of the Samsclub.com platform. Position Description Position Description ? Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects ? Leads the work of other small groups of six to ten engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned Engineering projects ? Troubleshoots business and production issues ? Supports business objectives ? Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design ? Develops Innovation strategies, processes, and best practices ? Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects ? Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates ? Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity ? Ensures business needs are being met
