Staffing Project Coordinator/ Analyst
CIBER, Inc. in the Greater Seattle, WA area is currently seeking a Resource Project Analyst to join our team. Will be assisting Senior PM ??s with coordination and administration tasks to review staffing resources from IT Project schedules and provide data management, and reporting so that the Senior Project Managers can make headcount staffing/resource decisions based upon the numbers. Ideal candidate could have a background in Staffing, headcount tracking, project coordination, team administration, Group IT support roles, analyst or data background. Looking at resource availability and usage Tracking and analyzing resource loads per project Looking at schedules Providing resource analysis data ?" not analyzing it, just reporting on it Generating reports (status and Excel) Acquiring data ?" will utilize SharePoint (required), will get from meetings, will get from team members Preparing charts (Excel), prepare ppts, and status reports Skills: Resource administration ?" from a data perspective SharePoint Excel PowerPoint
