TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Recruiter Job Description: 

Successful candidate must be a motivated Technical Recruiter capable of working in a fast paced atmosphere.

 

·         Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in full life cycle recruitment.  

·         Must have experience with high volume recruiting with a variety of industries and across multi-disciplines for nationwide requirements.

·         Strong understanding of technical requirements

·         Must have excellent candidate assessment skills.

·         Excellent knowledge of hiring processes including:

o        sourcing

o        interviewing

o        reference checking

o        salary and/or rate negotiations

o        closing / sealing the placement

·         Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates, relationship managers and hiring managers.

·         Ability to quickly gain an understanding of the client's business needs.

·         Source candidates from various job portals such as Dice, Monster, Hot Jobs, Career Builder, LinkedIn etc.

·         Utilize database to find qualified candidates depending on work location, pay rates, skill sets, experience level, availability and job profile.

·         Experience working with Vendor Management Office and building rapport with relationship managers.

·         Determines client's requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

·         Attracts applicants by posting jobs; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.

·         Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

·         Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and calendars.

·         Expertise with technology - MS Outlook/ MS Office (Word, Excel)

·         Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and manage recruiting and on-boarding candidates in fast paced environment.
