As a Staffing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Work with Recruiters to identify candidates to successfully meet client staffing needs
- Work with new and existing clients to successfully fulfill order requests, provide client with regular updates on recruitment activity, employee performance and retention initiatives
- Proactively plan and execute revenue generating client calls to generate new business with current client base and new clients
- Manage client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Proactively recruit applicants suitable for key-skill selling for business expansion
- Provide coaching/counseling to associates as needed to ensure job performance and job satisfaction
Are you interested? The ideal Staffing Specialist candidate will possess:
- Previous recruitment experience within the staffing industry
- Minimum of two years customer service and sales experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Professional in both attitude and work habits
- Proven negotiation skills
