Our specialist tax business provide thought leadership, structuring advice and commercial solutions to a range of clients including Australian companies, large multinationals, emerging businesses, trusts, partnerships and private individuals. Our Indirect Tax Practice is a cohesive group that provides commercial insight and technical expertise on a range of stamp duty matters including mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, demergers, public floats, corporate reorganisations and rationalisations, due diligence and liquidations.
Due to continual growth we presently seek a highly focused and ambitious Senior Consultant or Manager with prior stamp duty experience gained from within a chartered, corporate, revenue or legal environment. As a Manager you'll work closely with senior members of the practice to deliver comprehensive and commercial advice to a broad range of high profile clients. You will also be highly involved in further developing the junior members of the team. Key characteristics required to be successful in the position include:
- Strong relationship skills that allow you to build strong internal networks and collaborate across the firm;
- Exceptional client skills and a demonstrated capability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- A proactive, commercial and solutions focused approach to all engagements.
