Start-Up - Senior Sales Executive (m/f)

 

The Senior Sales Executive reports to the Director of Sales for EMEA. The position is a quota-carrying, individual-contributor role covering a defined list of named, new accounts.

 

Qualified applicants should have at least 10 years of experience selling complex enterprise solutions to Fortune 2000 companies esp. to the telecommunication industry. You should also have a demonstrated track record of over-achievement and quota attainment in prior positions, with a mix of large company and smaller start-up experience.

 

A strong entrepreneurial spirit is required, as well as the ability to evangelize a message into the emerging Sales and Service Performance Management market.

A familiarity with Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Business Intelligence, Performance Management, CRM and/or Call Centre Analytics is preferred but not required.

Executive selling skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with C-Level executives is required. You should have a university degree. Aside from fluent German and English language, which are essential, Italian, Spanish or French language skills are a plus.
