Description:
Serves customers by selling State Farm insurance products; meeting customer needs. Solicits new business and prospects within the local community. Serves in a customer service role to insure customer's concerns and needs are met.
Duties:
* Services new customer accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule and meeting team goals.
* Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of prospects.
* Keeps Agent informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, and weekly work plans
* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by establishing personal networks; seeking out new licenses; completing State Farm module training.
* Maintains records and historical data on customers. Protects customer information.
* Participates actively in community outreach activities.
* Influences customers to buy services and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information and price quotations.
* Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Proficiency in Spanish is desired.
