This leading not for profit organisation are well known across the state for providing first class people services to a range of clientele. They work together to improve prospects for people across the state and have strong company values.

Due to relocation a position has arisen for an experienced State Manager - Human Resources to join the Brisbane based Head Office. Reporting into the Queensland Executive Manager you will have 10 direct reports.

In this role you will take a strategic view of the organisation and manage complex HR projects including the introduction of a new HRIS. You will be part of the executive team and identify areas of improvement for HR and managing change in line with this. Building strong relationships throughout the business is also key to your success. You will coach your team through their development and deal with any escalated issues. With a large client group you will oversee workforce planning and take responsibility for negotiating 4 EBAs within the next 12 months.

To be considered for this role you must have experience of managing a HR team (up to 10 people) and have had exposure to HR at a state level. You must have managed complex HR projects and understand how to manage cultural change.
