This exciting new role is responsible for the management of all Commercial Third Party flows in NSW with a strong emphasis on the growth and profitability of Premium Broker portfolios. As the State Commercial Broker you will lead and develop a team of Broker Managers, Regional Broker Managers, Relationship Managers, Business Banking Managers and Assistant Managers to grow and manage a large portfolio of Broker introduced customers. You will be the key driver in the strategic sales agenda with focus on generating new commercial relationship opportunities. This will involve panel management and coaching of both Commercial and Asset Finance Brokers around ANZ's products, processes and commissions.
To be successful in this role you will have a strong background in Commercial Lending and Sales Origination and a natural ability to engage, coach, inspire and develop a high performing relationship/sales team.
