Job Description (include but not limit to):
- Trading Equity or Commodity cash and future with statistical arbitrage / high frequency / automated strategies
- Developing Equity or Commodity arbitrage strategies using data mining, signal processing and machine learning.
- Analyzing financial time series based on various time-frequency representation-spaces with pattern recognition.
- For the commodity desk, performing fundamental analysis with knowledge of market and its supply and demand drivers.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Masters or more advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Quantitative Finance or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years trading FICC, Futures or equities with consistent PnL.
- Proficient in statistics tools such as Matlab or R, and programming languages such as Excel (VBA), C++,C# or Java .
- High understanding and experience with algorithmic/systematic trading is a plus.
- Having knowledge of China financial market is preferred.
- Capable of strategies automation and back testing.
