Steam Water Works Operation Mechanic I

Job Description: Responsible for operating and maintaining all steam condensate, potable water systems and associated equipment.
Required Qualifications: Skill in: Working as a team and interacting with the public.
Ability to: Use measuring devices and read schematics; review logs and work orders; complete work orders and time sheets; perform intermediate math. Troubleshoot, work with all types of hand tools, pipe wrenches, pipe threader, etc.
Preferred Qualifications: To qualify for this classification an individual must possess any combination of experience and education that would likely produce the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Must have a GED or high school diploma in order to get Water License Certification.
