Steel Fabrication Leadman Minimum 7 years experience with fabrication planning operations. Minimum 2 years people management. Ability to read and understand complex drawings- blueprints. Ability to direct, instruct, coach, train personnel. Ability for critical thinking - problem resolution. $17.50 22.50 DOE Structural Steel Checker Minimum 5 years experience reading complex detail shop drawings and checking. Ability to check dimensions inspect fabricated components to ensure proper fit up and fabrication. Ability to effectively communicate inspection results assist in corrective action and problem resolution.
