We are currently looking for an experience PA for one of our London based clients.
This very varied role and will require extensive diary management, travel arrangements, minute taking as well and PowerPoint presentations.
We are looking for candidates with experience providing 1:1 support or to a team who have worked in a fast paced environment such as finance or another corporate setting.
European languages are a plus but not a necessity
You:
Have recent experience in a Executive Support role
Have a solid resume outlining your professional experience
Are always dressed to impress, communicate effectively at all levels and possess great organisational skills and an adaptable working style
Have a valid working visa or British/EU passport and a departure date set or clearly being worked towards
Our service focuses on candidates who are already confirmed to move to the UK.
Due to the current job market we are not able to assist candidates who require sponsorship. We are also not able to set up interviews prior to a candidate's relocation. It is not possible to obtain employment prior to arrival as all interviews will be face to face.
