Stock Plan Call Center Associate recruitment
Associates are responsible for various functions in Operations which could include correspondence, reports, stock swaps, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, reissues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, reports, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc.
Associates are required to meet production and quality standards, cross train in multiple functions, adhere to compliance and control guidelines, and interact with internal and external clients, as well as peers in phones and operations.
Skills Required To be eligible to apply for this position you must meet the following criteria:
• Accurate typing skills a must.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to cross train in all areas of the Research Department and/or WorldLink.
• PC skills - Database entry, Excel, Word, Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Options, Purchase, Restricted Stock, Stock Appreciation Rights/SSRs, and SABH plans.
• Knowledge of Benefit Access, equity compensation taxation, and GSPSE plans a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and respond to sensitive clients.
• Ability to monitor work volume and delegate to peers.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, be a self starter, and drive process change.
• Computer proficiency including, but not limited to:
• Windows
• Microsoft Office
• Internet and Website Knowledge and navigation skills
Roles are full time.
Must have a Series 6 or 7 license.
Minimum 1 year experience in financial services.
Education Level Bachelors Degree
