Role Synopsis The Stockholder Relations and Corporate Coordinator is the direct contact for questions from stockholders as well as the record keeper for the number of authorized, issued and outstanding shares. This position will also assist the Corporate Secretary of the Company with Board of Director and Committee meetings. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities Under direct supervision of one or more attorneys the Coordinator will: Provide stockholder services assistance to external and internal clients Manage multiple inbound/outbound stockholder channels (i.e. phones, email, website, faxes, etc.) Track shares outstanding and produce monthly outstanding shares reports Maintain high quality service in liaising with other departments within the organization as well as affiliates, custodian banks, and transfer agents relating to stockholder inquiries and problem resolution Track stock ownership and prepare and file Section 16 filings for the Company ??s Directors and Officers Answer internal and external auditor questions Assist with annual meeting/proxy preparation Provide information to the transfer agent related to restricted stock award and restricted stock unit grants and vestings Coordinate with the transfer agent and outside vendors related to abandoned and unclaimed property Handle NYSE annual and quarterly filings Assist the Corporate Secretary with Board and Committee meetings including planning of the meetings, notices, resolutions and unanimous written consents Prepare annual NAICS revenue listings Basic Qualifications 3+ years experience of paralegal experience and paralegal certificate required. High school or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor ??s degree is preferred. Excellent communication and client service skills. Strong customer relationship management and servicing skills as well as internal corporate relationship management capabilities. Strong analytical and organizational skills and detail oriented. Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Prior experience with stockholder issues preferred.
