Job Description:
* Support all Enterprise virtual infrastructure maintaining high availability across multiple physical locations

* Support all Enterprise storage physical and logical infrastructure installations, physical and logical

* Manage Enterprise SAN storage to ensure integrity, performance, accessibility and recoverability of data

* Administration of SAN based storage and switched fabric systems

* Documenting configurations, changes, issues and technical diagrams for supported systems in a collaborative Wiki

* Perform problem determination (root cause analysis) and document the source of the problems and their solutions

* Ability to promote a collaborative work/team environment by presenting a professional and responsive attitude towards others and by demonstrating prompt and conscientious work habits

* Responsible for hardware implementation (Racking, stacking, network configuration, cable management, SAN configuration, clustering)

* Take ownership of and participate in special projects as assigned

* Identify recurring problems and recommend preventative measures

* Willing and able to travel as needed to on major projects.

Required Skills:
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAN Storage and virtualization, data replication, LUNs creation, presentation and reviewing performance/statistics logs

* Implemented multi-cluster VMware ESX 4.X or ESXi 5.x environments

* Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to consistently exercise sound judgment and initiative in all circumstances, including very stressful situations.

* Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities

* Demonstrated technical and business written and verbal skills are preferred, proficiency in creating appropriate system documentation is essential

* Implementation and maintenance of the Disaster Recovery hardware and failover/failback processes

* Ability to maintain VM, Disk2Disk and Tape backup infrastructure

* Familiarity with tiered and virtualized storage

* Experience with EqualLogic SANs is preferred
