These rewarding and challenging, hands on management positions require a minimum 3-5 years experience in management for Store Managers (or 1-2 years experience for Assistant Managers), preferably in sales, retail, or furniture, along with strong verbal and written communication skills (bilingual is a plus), a proven record of leadership, the ability to develop and motivate a team of associates, a desire to work with and serve the public, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule which includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Our managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations (sales, customer service, merchandising, maintenance) of our retail furniture showrooms, ensuring customers are served and pleased with purchases and deliveries, and the development, motivation and ongoing training of personnel to maximize their skills and ensure maximum sales and service. The ability to work at multiple locations with in a region and/or flexibility to relocate is required.
