Remote Community Store Management Couple Once in a Lifetime Opportunity Remote Central Australian Location Attractive remuneration Package A unique opportunity has become available to manage a remote community store in Central Australia, as a Manager and Assistant Manager. To be considered for this role, you will have extensive management experience in a supermarket or similar retail environment. You will have the knowledge and tools to effectively and efficiently operate the store for long-term viability; be innovative in your approach to attracting tourist trade and implement and maintain store policies and procedures. You may also have a history of working in remote communities and demonstrate an awareness of the cross-cultural sensitivity that is needed to successfully work in this role. Your personal characteristic will include resilience, self-reliance and patience. You will enjoy working collaboratively; liaising with staff, customers and store directors regularly to ensure the store"s long-term success.
