In partnership with one of leading Fashion retailer, we are currently recruiting a Store Manager in the Dublin area. The role requires a candidate must be highly driven and determined with interest and understanding of fast pace high street fashion retail.
The Role
Fashion Retail Managers play a central role in leading and inspiring teams to maximize sales and profit whilst delivering exceptional customer service that contributes to making my client one of the most successful fashion brands in the marketplace.
Passion and knowledge for fashion and a proven excellence in driving sales will enable you to develop and motivate a customer focused sales team.
In addition to driving sales and service you will be responsible for coaching, developing and assessing the performance of your sales team in order to ensure you are maximising the potential of your team.
The ideal Candidate must have the follow attributes:
- At least 2-3 years Retail Management Experience
- Excellent Motivational and Leadership Skills
- An interest and passion for fashion and retail
- A proven success record in working to KPI's
- Excellent interpersonal communication Skills
- The ability to muli task and work under pressure
This is an excellent opportunity for existing General Managers or senior store managers to work with a company that promotes training, development and progression of all their staff.
