This internationally recognisable brand has been established in the Australian market for over 25 years, and has grown steadily to over 500 stores worldwide. With exciting growth plans set for their Australian operations over the next 12 months, they are looking to expand their team and bring in a Manager in Training into their Bondi store.
Reporting to, and working alongside the Store Manager, this role is extremely hands-on and will give the successful candidate a thorough insight into the frontline store processes and policies. Along with extensive training, you will have the opportunity to learn all facets of running your own store including rostering, budgets, profit loss statements, merchandising and stock control.
To be successful, you must have proven retail experience, including shift supervision or Assistant Management. A knowledge of sales techniques such as cross-selling and up-selling and a high-level of customer service are essential, as is a willingness to learn.
