STORE MANAGER – Jacksonville
Beall's Department Stores, Inc. is accepting applications for a Store Manager position in the Jacksonville, FL area.
The purpose of the Store Manager position is to oversee and evaluate all aspects of store operations and merchandising.
The salary range for this position is based on related experience and qualifications.

Position Responsibilities include all aspects of the following areas:
- Train, motivate and develop team to ensure effective performance.
- Provide excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
- Maintain budget controls, and execute to attain sales goals.
- Supportand execute all company directives.
Background Requirements:
- 2 or 4 year college degree
- Minimum of 3 years apparel store management experience.
- Minimum of 3 years apparel merchandising experience is required.
- Fluent in English, Bi-lingual a plus.
- Proven track record of ability to drive sales and overall performance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop winning teams.

- Ability to relocate within the state of Florida.
