Here’s an opportunity for a highly-motivated and proactive individual to lead and manage our Alice Springs store.
We are seeking a Store Manager with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team while providing the highest level of customer service and support.
You will be responsible for maximising store performance through sales, operational and service initiatives which include functions such as OHS compliance, staff rostering, stock control, merchandising and a focus on sales and expense budgets.
You will be required to keep up-to-date with market trends, selling techniques, company policy and assist in the identification and co-ordination of your team’s individual training and development needs.
To secure this fantastic position, you will need exceptional management skills with a proven background in leading a team. A good understanding of OHS policies and procedures is essential. You must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of customers. Appropriate experience within the automotive, tyre or a service industry will be highly regarded.
