Job Description
The Store Manager is responsible for day to day store operations, including scheduling and recruiting, training and supervising employees. The Store Manager is also responsible for the store profits and all controllable expenses, including labor, inventory levels and cash and inventory shortages.

 

Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

 

• Responsible for all aspects of personnel management to include the hiring, training, scheduling, evaluation, discipline and termination of all part-time staff. 

• Ensure friendly, knowledgeable and well-trained staff is available through the fulfillment of all normal personnel duties.

• Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized and well kept.

• To continuously promote the various products offered for sale in this operation as a means of achieving targeted sales levels.

• Ensure all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.

• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner

• Manage cash over/short, inventory shrinkage and drive offs daily.

• Implement monthly promotions, ensure all POS advertising/signage is properly posted at the proper times.

• Communicate and perform all price change requests and markdowns as requested by suppliers and/or management.

• Implement and enforce all merchandising and vendor policies and procedures

 

 

 

 

Requirements
• 3-5 years Experience in Retail Management

• Knowledge of SIR Solutions software

• Ability to work autonomously
• Understanding of the POS system

• Highly Organized

• Flexible; available to work evenings, weekends and holiday hours.
• Bilingual
